Mypony products set the standard for discreet, quiet operation. At full power, they are no louder than low-level conversation in a library.

Unlike many products that burn out after a few months, all Mypony products are designed to last for hundreds of charges and many years of enjoyment.
They feature high-quality rechargeable batteries and custom-designed, high-power vibrating motors with special bearings and gold-plated contacts.

Once an order has been placed, you are unable to make any changes or additions to your order.

Online orders are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving the order.
Most orders will be delivered within 5 days after shipment; be aware that this can vary depending on region.

We’re sorry to learn you’re not absolutely satisfied with your product. We endeavour to ensure that everything we produce is as pleasurable as it can possibly be, and since all our bodies are different, it can take some time to acclimatise to the unique sensations.

Unfortunately, due to the highly intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the packaging seal has been broken. We hope you understand that that’s in everybody’s best interest, and our goal is only to keep you, our customers, and our colleagues safe.

You can return unopened items (with the hygienic seals intact) free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

WARNING: Always keep your charger unit away from water. Wash and dry Mypony before charging.

Connect the charger to the magnetic charging contacts on the Mypony. The charger should snap into place. Plug the USB cable into a USB port or a USB adaptor and connect to a power source. A light on the control button on Mypony will illuminate and blink while it is charging; when it is completely charged, the light will illuminate solid.

If you have a charging base, simply place Mypony into the charging base with Mypony’s charging contacts placed on the magnetic charging contacts, and plug the base into any USB port or USB power adapter, such as one used to charge a mobile phone. There is room to store the remote in the side pocket (the remote does not charge). The device, no matter what position it is in, has room to fit in the base and have the lid placed on. The charger automatically detects that Mypony is in place, the light begins to blink, and it begins charging.

Washing the silicone with warm water and antibacterial soap and rinse off with cleaning hot water. Dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.

Do not use alcohol-containing detergent, benzine, or acetone. avoiding vibrators exposed to the sun.

Store in a well ventilated, clean place and separate from other materials.

The charging contacts are made of nickel-plated iron. And The charging contacts have an anti-corrosion plating that protects them from rusting.

No. Mypony is made with non-porous, body-safe silicone. Use soap and water to clean Mypony.

Never boil, bake, microwave or put Mypony, the charging base, cable or the remote control in a dishwasher.

Mypony toys use a rechargeable battery called Lithium Polymer.

1-2 years. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, personal preferences, damage caused by misuse, loss, abuse or negligent handling. It also does not apply to any unit that has been subject to tampering.

Your button cell battery should last about 4 years, depending on use.

The signal will work through all conventional clothing materials: cotton, nylon, wool, leather, etc.
The signals can be weakened through metallic barriers, through water, and when completely enveloped by flesh.
